Job Description


Seeking for a visionary and influential leader to spearhead the enterprise architecture strategy and drive its execution across all domains, including application solutions, infrastructure, cloud engineering, and security.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and evangelize the enterprise architecture vision and roadmap: Align technology with business objectives, define architecture principles and standards, and create a clear path for future technology evolution.
  • Lead and govern architecture decision-making: Own the selection and implementation of tools, platforms, tech frameworks, and best practices that enable agility, scalability, and security across the enterprise.
  • Champion collaboration and influence stakeholders: Foster a culture of collaboration among business and technology teams, effectively communicate complex architecture concepts, and garner buy-in for strategic initiatives.
  • Bridge the gap between business and technology: Translate business needs into technically feasible solutions, ensuring technology investments support business objectives and drive value.
  • Build and manage a high-performing architecture team: Recruit, develop, and mentor enterprise architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Stay ahead of the curve: Continuously monitor emerging technologies and trends, identify opportunities for optimization, and drive innovation within the architecture domain.
  • Ensure compliance and governance: Implement and enforce architecture governance processes, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in IT architecture, preferably with a strong solution architecture background.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering and influencing major architecture initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise architecture principles, frameworks, and methodologies (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman, etc.).
  • Expertise in multiple technology domains, including application development, infrastructure, cloud, and security.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across diverse teams.
  • Visionary leadership and strategic thinking, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable technology solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex business stakeholder environments and matrix organizations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
