Job Description

Our client is a trading firm with an established presence in Singapore. They are currently hiring for a Head of Compliance focusing mainly on matters around Ethics, integrity, financial crime and third-party compliance controls.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the effective implementation of policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with compliance programs. Lead the compliance strategy and oversee due-diligence activities across complex transactions. Identify risks, conduct monitoring and reviews, and perform investigations related to compliance issues. Design and deliver tailored compliance training programs across various business functions. Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.

Role Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree, AML/CSIS certifications ideal Minimum 8 years of relevant experience within MNC/trading environments. Excellent communication skills for interacting with senior-level stakeholders. Experience in leading teams. Capable of thriving in a dynamic environment with effective time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
