about 18 hours ago A well-established company in the manufacturing industry is seeking to appoint a Head of Finance to lead its finance function at a strategic level. They are on the search for a proven finance leader who can partner closely with senior management to support the company's ongoing growth and transformation.
You will oversee the full suite of finance functions - from financial planning and reporting, risk management, compliance, and capital strategy. The role includes evaluating major business decisions such as investments, acquisitions, and fundraising activities, while ensuring sound financial governance and operational efficiency. You will lead a small but capable finance team, manage key external relationships, and ensure the company's financial systems and processes are fit for both current needs and future growth.
The ideal candidate will hold a CPA or CA qualification, possess a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, and bring at least 10 years of relevant leadership experience. You should come from a background in project accounting, dealing with high revenue projects and is commercially sharp, hands-on, and able to thrive in a lean, fast-paced environment.
