Job Description

We are currently partnered with a well-established organization that is seeking an experienced Finance leader to oversee and drive their shared services operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the preparation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in line with statutory requirements and accounting standards Develop and maintain robust internal control frameworks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and minimizing financial risks. Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting efficiency, and system functionality, including implementing automation where applicable. Manage and mentor the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring ongoing professional development.
Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business, with CA/CPA qualifications Minimum 10 years of experience within a Shared Services setting or leading large finance teams Proven expertise in overseeing finance operations, including transactional processes and financial systems
