Job Description
Talent Mission:
Responsible for
developing and implementing global strategies
aligned with company's goals and objectives across global network of offices Effectivelymanage and grow the organization P&L
to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency.Conduct in-depth analysis of global market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities
Drive innovation business models, partnerships, and product opportunities
to enhance market positioning Define and monitor KPIs to ensure strategic goals are met Conduct regular reviews of operational processes and systems
to identify areas for improvement and optimization.Collaborate with regional laboratories and teams
Build strategic partnerships
and manage key stakeholdersAssess risks and develop mitigation strategies
Talent We're Looking For:
Degree in Business, Strategy, or related field (MBA a plus)
Willing to relocate or be based in Hong Kong and able to travel internationally as required.
Minimum of 15+ years of experience with atrack record of driving global initiatives and alignments
Experience in global strategy development and commercial management; experience in Management Consulting is highly valued.
Exceptional analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills. High level of ownership with the ability to excel in fast-paced, unstructured environments.Strategic and analytical thinking
with ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others. Experience working in a multi-cultural and multi-lingual environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
