Description

This is a global leadership role based in one of the Asia countries such as Singapore or Korea.

Responsibilities

• Leading a global marketing team and overseeing their activities.
• Actively connecting with major clients worldwide as a key member of the senior management team
• Facilitating seamless communication between internal and external stakeholders, including customers and business partners
• Collaborating effectively with the team and various departments; managing financial allocations for the company and coordinating priorities and needs for the product centers
• Additionally, serving as the representative of the marketing organization during interactions with sales and/or product centers
• Gathering insights from the industry to shape the requirements for the product center roadmap
• Monitoring the business landscape, propelling the development of suitable solutions, formulating an effective strategy and action plans, and aiming for growth and profitability

Qualifications:

• Comprehensive knowledge of semiconductor processes and ecosystems.
• Emphasis on providing excellent customer experience
• Exceptional organizational skills, adept at handling multiple projects to drive order generation effectively
• Proficiency in market analysis and research, strategic thinking, and planning.
• Displaying adaptability and resilience, along with effective leadership and team management capabilities.
• Exemplary relationship management and collaboration skills.
• Skilled in decision-making and prioritization.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Travel frequency is less than 25%.
