Designed as a global shared ledger, the firm aims to disrupt the traditional cross-border payment by leveraging on blockchain technology to reduce current frictions and latency, minimizing post transaction exception handling and reconciliation activities.
Key distinguishing features are around privacy solution, complete decentralized hosting and consensus efficiency \xe2\x80\x93 providing a commercial scalability which enables it to be a platform of choice for hosting multiple CBDCs and commercial bank digital currencies.
To encourage broad participation across the banking industry, the firm will be actively engaging leading banks to join the platform to establish the scale required to benefit the industry.
Responsibilities
Lead global partnership engagement with central banks, stock exchanges and industry stakeholders.
Responsible for global alliance strategy . Reporting into the Chief Operating Officer
Maintain and nurture working relationships with various government, associated authorities and committees, and protects company interests.
Provide high level coordination and support for identified strategic government projects, including engagement of partners, to ensure projects are delivered on time.
Coordinate with internal Legal & Compliance teams
Provide robust monitoring of current activities that would impact company operations and/or business.
Regularly oversee interactions with outside consultants and industry leaders.
Represent company in industry conferences and meetings.
Key Professional Requirements
Above 15 years of successful partnership experience and at least 8 years in engaging with central bank, stock exchanges and financial industry stakeholders gained in Tech or Financial Service sectors.
Demonstrable success in developing client relationship in the relevant sector at the \xe2\x80\x9cC suite\xe2\x80\x99 level and across the organization.
Successfully met financial targets and KPI\xe2\x80\x99s in current and previous roles.
Exposure in either transaction banking, payments and/or blockchain, will be preferred but this is not a must
An effective communicator at senior executive levels across front, middle and back offices, as well as technology. Experience in contributing to thought strategy and thought leadership.

At least 5 years of experience in managing and leading team
Good interpersonal skills that foster open upward and downward communication built on mutual respect
Energetic, enthusiastic, and positive.
Understands both the tactical and strategic nature of client relationships.
Effective communicator combined with honesty and ethical behavior.
Excellent communication in both written and verbally in English and Mandarin
