Responsible for world-class digital marketing strategy to help build Asia\'s most loved Smile Cosmetics brands (Based in SG or HK)
In just 5 years, Zenyum has grown into a 200+ strong team, across 9 markets delivering better smiles and re-shaping an entire category: Smile Cosmetics. But this is just the beginning. We are looking for a Marketing scientist to partner with the CMO and VP Creative to build one of Asia\'s fastest growing and most loved beauty brands.

Key Criteria:
Fuelling growth through insights and analytics.
You use numbers to generate repeatable, scalable processes that are steered with ambitious perfection in a data-driven environment. While your background is analytical, you are curious about broadening your horizon and work together with our Creative and Brand leadership to build one of Asia\'s most powerful consumer brands. You translate our brand strategy into segmentation and targeting across channels and drive monthly growth like clockwork. You effectively allocate capital across countries and channels to fuel sustainable growth.
Managing a cross-channel marketing department.
You understand the dynamics of managing a large department spanning Performance, SEO, and CRM. You know how to rally people towards common goals, and effortlessly manage the nitty gritty day to day realities of running a group. You have an eye for great talent and you can critically evaluate the work and provide poignant feedback. You have a track record of growing the right team, not just the largest team. You have experience working with dotted line marketing leads in other markets and departments. You have experience building a culture of openness, collaboration and candour.
Championing growth initiatives across the organisation.
Elevate the level of business ambition across all departments. Openly collaborate and push the science of growth marketing excellence to inform and improve our marketing impact and efficiency across all channels. You listen to the different POVs in the room but there\'s a strong number backed rationale behind every recommendation you make.
Expertise in Marketing and Beyond
You deeply understand our user journey and how we can constantly improve all parts of the funnel to unlock growth. You\'re skilled in the pros and cons of each channel and you keep up to date on new channels and on the most creative uses for each channel in order to train the team around you. You don\'t stop at lead generation you dive deep in the funnel all the way onboarding and retention.
Experiment as a way of life
You never rest on status quo. You enjoy constantly experimenting responsibly and can manage a testing budget to drive numerous small tests, prove impact and then scale exponentially.

You have a full team of channel leads as well as doers around you and in our local marketing teams, powered by your direction and insights. However, in time of need, you have no issue with doing the work yourself. You are never too senior not to do the work or clean up after yourself.

You share your decisions and push for what you think is right for the business objectives, using logic and numbers (rather than opinion or emotion) to make your case. You\'ve worked in large organisations before and can deftly manage stakeholders at all levels of an organisation. You do this all with a collaborative spirit.
