Job description.MCG Talent are on the search for a strategically minded Head of Growth to join a globally integrated advertising agency to be based in the Singapore office.As the Head of Growth, you will be at the helm of driving new business across the region in Asia (excl. AUS/NZ and China). My clients are experts in branding, media, content, and technology. Their clientele ranges across hospitality, airlines, financial services, consumer electronics, FMCG and many more.Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the growth agenda for Asia, working with teams to build a cohesive and progressive approach for developing and retaining business for the region.
• Proactively identify and participate in external meetings and trainings to enhance sector knowledge and contacts.
• Work closely with stakeholders across different departments to ensure a holistic approach to problem-solving. Drive alignments on objectives, gather input, and communicate progress effectively.
• Demonstrate performance in growing clients organically and delivering new prospect opportunities.

Requirements

• Ideally 12+ years of experience in advertising agency, with a focus on strategy and driving growth. Proven experience of winning new business.
• Comfortable with pitching, taking lead on the sales process and developing client relationships.
• Strong ability to manage multiple responsibilities during the early stages of the sales process.
• Great relationship & communication skills that can influence internal and external stakeholders.
