• To manage and train a team of onshore and offshore support staff and subject matter experts, to ensure that post sales servicing for High Net Worth (HNW) policies are in full compliance with regulatory requirements and in adherence to agreed service standards and Key Performance Indicators
• To proactively support enquiries from HNW business development managers, brokers, and custodians
• To remediate controls and improve processes on the high net worth products
• To support and implement any industry wide initiatives from the regulators
• To support new product launches and system enhancements for operational efficiency
• To ensure that processes are regularly reviewed to ensure compliance

Requirements

• Degree in Insurance, Business or equivalent professional qualifications
• Relevant experience in managing a team preferably in an insurance or financial sector
• Knowledge and hands on experience working on projects in the Life Insurance
• Experience in developing business case and requirements and perform impact assessment
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, ability to operate effectively and think innovatively to find solution
• Good time management, task and result-oriented. Able to perform duties with accuracy and deliver quality work within tight timelines
• Proactive, strong team spirit and strong supervisory skills
• A person who is keen to learn with positive work attitude
