We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee a boys' hostel in Singapore. The Head of Home will manage daily operations, ensure a safe and supportive environment for residents, and lead a team dedicated to the welfare and development of young residents.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies for programs, case management, and operations.
Recruit, train, and mentor staff; oversee performance and professional development.
Ensure adherence to standards, draft and update SOPs, and manage incident reporting.
Assist with budgeting, expenditure monitoring, and liaise with authorities as required.
Coordinate with agencies and community partners for resources, programs, and learning opportunities.
Ensure departmental goals align with organizational objectives.
Requirements
----------------
Degree in Social Sciences, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
At least 5 years in managerial or leadership roles within social services or residential care.
Strong knowledge of social work interventions, safeguarding, team leadership, and program management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to youth development and the ability to inspire and lead a team.
