Our client, who has been invested by one of the most renowned private equity firm is looking to expand its presence across the South East Asia market. Our client is positioned within the Food and Beverages, Quick Service Restaurant, with an outstanding presence in the United States. They are looking for a new Head of HR, to be the first person on the ground in building up the overall structure of the organisation. As a member of this dynamic team, you will have the chance to work alongside some of the brightest minds in the industry, and make an impact on a regional scale.
Description
Work closely with the CEO and senior leadership to create and carry out the company\'s growth plan
Serve as a business partner to various teams, offering suggestions to enhance operational effectiveness.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company\'s goals and objectives
Oversee recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resume screening, and interviewing candidates
Develop and implement employee retention strategies
Oversee performance management system and develop initiatives to enhance employee engagement and productivity
Manage employee relations and provide guidance to managers on employee-related issues
Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with the company\'s overall strategy
Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities
Profile
Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other related fields
10+ years of experience in Human Resources, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role
Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Ability to think strategically and develop HR initiatives that align with business objectives
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload
Strong business acumen, with the ability to partner with business leaders and drive strategic decision-making.
