Description
It is a blank canvas and the CEO & Head of Operations is looking for someone who has a proven track record of success in a similar role, with a deep understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations in the region. You should also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic and ambiguous environment, and be passionate about developing and supporting talent.
The role and responsibility for this will include and not limited to:
Developing and executing a recruitment strategy
Creating an internal structure within, through policies and guidelines.
Budgeting and forecasting, to develop and manage the HR budget for the company, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently to support growth.
Handling employee grievances
As the business grow, you would eventually scale the HR team further.
Profile
You will need to have strong knowledge in the F&B operations, and understand the sector well. You will need to be very hands-on in the day-to-day HR Operations.
