The Head of Human Resource will lead and oversee all aspects of HR operations, with a focus on creating and implementing a positive and engaging company culture. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that align with the organization\'s goals and objectives, and driving initiatives to enhance employee engagement, performance, and retention.

The Head of Human Resource will also be responsible for leading the HR team and collaborating with other departments to support the company\'s growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute HR strategies to create and maintain a positive and engaging company culture.
  • Provide leadership, direction, and support to the HR team, ensuring effective implementation of HR policies and practices.
  • Foster an inclusive work environment that values diversity and promotes employee engagement, growth, and development.
  • Identify opportunities to improve employee satisfaction, productivity, and retention, and develop and implement strategies to address these areas.
  • Partner with managers to develop performance management strategies that align with company goals and values.
  • Develop and execute programs and initiatives to support employee training and development, including coaching, mentoring, and leadership development.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure HR policies and practices are aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee the recruitment and hiring process, ensuring the company is attracting and retaining top talent.
  • Manage employee relations issues, ensuring a fair and consistent approach is taken.
  • Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Experience in the software development or technology industry is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Experience in change management, organizational design, and talent development
  • Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing HR teams
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities
  • Strong commitment to diversity, inclusion, and equity in the workplace
  • Familiarity with HR systems and tools, including HRIS, performance management, and learning management systems
