Your Role:

You will be developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives to support the company's growth and transformation. You will be acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to senior leadership, providing insights on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational design. You will be leading talent acquisition, employee engagement, and retention strategies to attract and develop top talent. You will be driving diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) initiatives to create an inclusive workplace culture. You will be ensuring compliance with Singapore labor laws, employment regulations, and corporate HR policies. You will be overseeing performance management, leadership development, and succession planning programs. You will be championing employee relations, ensuring a positive workplace environment and strong employer branding. You will be collaborating with regional and global HR teams to align local HR policies with broader organizational objectives.

Your Expertise:

High emotional intelligence, resilience, and a proactive mindset to drive continuous improvement. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset. Hands-on experience in driving HR digitalization and process automation. Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to navigate complex business environments. Deep understanding of Singapore's employment laws and HR best practices. Proven expertise in talent management, change management, and leadership development. Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR strategies with company objectives. At least

10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience

, preferably in a multinational or healthcare/life sciences environment. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
