Serve as the Manager-In-Charge of the Information Technology function.
Liaise with regional Digital Transformation and IT initiatives.
Recruit, hire, train, mentor, and motivate a team of highly talented engineers, data specialists and IT professionals.
Ensure the effective management of the processes, systems and people required to design, develop, deliver, and improve technology services across the business now and in the future.
Maintain and rationalise IT budget for efficient use of capital, rationalise insourcing and outsourcing to balance sustainability and cost efficiency.
Identify opportunities to leverage technology and optimise internal tools to improve business processes.
Analyse the business requirements of all companies and departments to determine their technology needs.
Propose and convince user buy-in on projects, communicate new features and enhancements to internal stakeholders.
Define, establish, and implement scalable solutions to support key initiatives and stakeholders across ecosystem.
Design and implement IT policies and strategies including, but not limited to: Standard Operating Procedures (IT Operations), Change Requests Management, Access/Security Control, and Helpdesk Service Level Agreements.
Own delivery of all IT initiatives including front-end user facing technologies and back-end operational technologies.
Oversee the company\xe2\x80\x99s infrastructure and technology platforms, including development of roadmap, specification of requirements, process workflow mapping, systems integration, and ongoing management, as well as modifications and enhancements.
Effective development and management of a secure network that supports the growth of the organization, reduces the risk of outside breaches and protects sensitive internal and external client information.
Manage existing vendors for IT procurement and review maintenance agreement.
Any other duties as assigned and necessary.
Requirements:
Education:
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related Technology based education
Experience:
Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
