Innovation Roadmap: Envision and execute the company's overall innovation roadmap to support the company's ambition of becoming the leader in customer experience and digital transformation. Strategic Partnership: Manage strategic partnerships to ensure alignment with the company's objectives and cultivate relationships within the InsurTech ecosystem globally. Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats specifically in the cyber insurance market. Technology Research: Conduct technology research to identify opportunities and threats, including but not limited to Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, and Cyber Security, that could impact the company's future. Product Development: Working alongside insurance underwriters, actuaries, brokers, user experience designers, and technology developers, design and develop insurance products, specifically cyber insurance products that cater to evolving customer needs and address emerging cyber risks. Claims Management: Oversee the claims management process, specifically cyber insurance claims. * Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices, particularly concerning cyber insurance.
