The world\'s second largest entertainment company is on the hunt for the Head of Insights for Midway APAC.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The role leads the development and implementation of a comprehensive insights strategy to drive data-driven decision making and to support business growth and operational excellence in Midway APAC. The role works in partnership with the Midway Strategy & Insight Director and supports to both the Divisional Director, Regional Directors, General Managers and Marketing Directors in each sub-region to deliver timely, actionable, and credible insights.
This role provides a rigorous data-led approach to marketing planning and product development, whilst relentlessly championing the voice of the guest across the region. This is a crucial role in understanding consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape to shape our business strategies and ensure continued growth and success.
This position will be based in Singapore, with regular travel expected across the region.
WHO YOU ARE:
\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field.
\xc2\xb7 Minimum 4 years market research, consumer insights, or a related field including both quantitative and qualitative methodologies within the leisure, entertainment, or theme park industry.
\xc2\xb7 Experience in the APAC region is highly desirable.
\xc2\xb7 Strong understanding of market research methodologies, data analysis techniques, and statistical tools.
\xc2\xb7 Proven track record of translating research findings into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
\xc2\xb7 Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and extract meaningful insights.
\xc2\xb7 Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage professionals, drive collaboration, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders.
\xc2\xb7 Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and identify opportunities for business growth based on market insights.
\xc2\xb7 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
\xc2\xb7 Strong business acumen and understanding of the leisure and theme park industry, including knowledge of consumer behavior, trends, and competitive landscape in the APAC region.
\xc2\xb7 Flexibility to travel within the APAC region as required.
