• Client Relationship Management:

• Cultivate and enhance relationships with institutional clients, serving as the primary point of contact for their investment needs and inquiries.
• Understand and anticipate clients\' unique objectives, providing tailored solutions and proactive advice to meet their investment goals.
• Team Leadership and Development:

• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of client service professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous growth.
• Provide strategic direction, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities to team members.
• Communication and Reporting:

• Oversee the creation and delivery of customised reports and presentations, ensuring they align with clients\' reporting requirements and expectations.
• Ensure timely and accurate communication of investment updates, market insights, and performance metrics.
• Process Optimisation and Efficiency:

• Continuously evaluate and refine operational processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of client service delivery.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and leverage technology for improved client experiences.

• Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (Master\'s degree or CFA designation is a plus)
• Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in institutional client services within the asset management industry
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing institutional client relationships
• Strong knowledge of investment products, asset classes, and global financial markets
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a focus on talent development and performance optimisation
