We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Integrated Marketing & Promotions to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns and promotional strategies. This role is responsible for unifying brand, acquisition, product, and retention marketing into cohesive, high-impact campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes -- including user acquisition, activation, engagement, and lifetime value. You will be reporting to the Global Marketing Lead and oversee the development and governance of promotions across regions, ensuring alignment with commercial goals and compliance requirements.
Your responsibilities will include
Integrated Marketing Strategy
Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy that aligns with product launches, calendar, promotions, and growth objectives.
Oversee campaign development from concept to post-launch analysis across key stages of the client lifecycle.
Collaborate closely with product, CRM, content, paid media, and community teams to ensure message consistency and channel alignment.
Promotions Planning & Management
Own the end-to-end strategy and execution of global and local promotions (e.g., deposit bonuses, cashback, loyalty programs).
Define promotion frameworks, incentive logic, segmentation, eligibility rules, and mechanics.
Ensure all promotions are on-brand, engaging, legally compliant, and operationally sound.
Campaign Orchestration
Lead cross-functional campaign planning with internal stakeholders and external agencies or partners.
Manage omnichannel campaign execution across web, app, email, push, paid media, affiliates, social, and communities.
Optimize marketing mix by market, segment, and objective (e.g., lead generation, FTDs, reactivation).
Regional & Market Adaptation
Guide local marketing teams or agencies to adapt campaigns and promotions to regional preferences, regulatory environments, and user behavior.
Oversee localization of marketing materials, promo communications, and campaign timing.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
Define success KPIs and build real-time dashboards to monitor campaign and promotion performance (e.g., CTR, CVR, FTDs, ROI).
Continuously analyze performance data to inform future planning and improve cost efficiency and conversion rates.
Work with BI and analytics teams to identify growth opportunities.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
Lead and mentor a team of integrated marketers, promotion managers, and creative partners.
Foster collaboration across departments and maintain high operational standards across markets.
Act as a bridge between commercial objectives and marketing execution.
What Success Looks Like
Overall User Acquisition (UA) Growth: Percentage increase in new funded accounts (FTDs) from integrated campaigns.
Improve Client Activation Rate: In the percentage of new sign-ups that become active users.
Increase Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV): Measurable growth in the average revenue generated per customer.
Cross-Channel ROI: Positive and optimized return on investment across the integrated marketing mix.
Growth in active participation and tier progression within loyalty initiatives.
What Makes You a Great Fit
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing/Business or a related field.
At least 8 years of experience in marketing, with at least 4 years in a senior, cross-functional leadership role.
Proven experience in financial services, fintech, or a high-velocity digital business.
Track record of running large-scale, cross-channel campaigns and high-impact promotions.
Experience working in regulated industries with familiarity in compliance workflows.
Technical & Functional Skills:
Analytical mindset with fluency in campaign metrics, A/B testing, and user segmentation.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
Nice to Have:
Experience with loyalty programs or gamification mechanics.
Familiarity with global regulatory bodies (e.g., ASIC, FCA, CySEC) in relation to financial promotions.
Experience using marketing automation tools (e.g., Braze, Salesforce, HubSpot) and campaign dashboards.
