Job Responsibilities:

He/she will lead and manage Asia IT Back Office team, ensuring that Infrastructure services work reliably and securely with the following responsibilities:

  • Define, plan and organize the human resources and materials needed to deliver Build and Run activities relative to core IT Infrastructure Services
  • Ensure that the day-to-day activities are delivered by the team following ITIL best practices & processes (Incident management, problem management, Change management, etc)
  • Responsible for his/her domain budget, forecast and actuals. Monitor budget and review actual expenses under his/her domain in line with the corporate Financial
  • Manage communications and working relationships between IT and other departments within the organization as well as external IT service providers
  • Acting as a focal point for escalation and ensuring that business activities are not disrupted in the event of an Infrastructure incident
  • Evaluate new technologies trends and discover ways the company can gain competitive advantage from the new technologies
  • Daily management of the department including staff\xe2\x80\x99s development, training guidance, and appraising performance
Job Requirements:
  • University Degree in Computer Science or related subject
  • Minimum 10 years\xe2\x80\x99 IS/IT experience in an enterprise environment
  • Operational experiences in the related functional area is a strong plus
  • Effective and confident written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong Leadership skills & Team Management skills
  • Flexible & Adaptable
  • Strong synthesis and analysis capabilities
  • Good IT technical knowledge (IP network, Virtualized infrastructure, Hyperconverged infrastructure, storage technologies, Windows, Unix, Oracle\xe2\x80\xa6)
