Under the DHL Supply Chain umbrella, one of the business units of DHL, we provide customized logistics and industry solutions in the areas of supply chain management, warehousing, distribution, value added services, and lead logistics provider services for our customers - helping them deliver better results everyday.
Responsibilities
As an integral part of our IT leadership team, you will be accountable for ensuring that our digital supply chain solutions and services are driving success across our growing Transport and Warehouse businesses, and for our customers.
Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading and driving the IT Product & Project Management (PM) team in meeting the country office's business objectives and overall IT strategy
• Overseeing the development of the IT product roadmap, aligning with strategic direction
• Spearheading projects and deployments aligning with DHL standards, to ensure sustainable growth and competitiveness in the market
• Key stakeholders management (internal), including cross collaborations to achieve strategic goals
• Managing and engaging customers to deliver win-win IT solutions
• Ensuring the successful delivery of IT projects and products
• Streamlining of IT projects costing and standardized project implementation to create value added services to customers and internal stakeholders
• Managing and driving a high performing team

Requirements

• At least 15 years of proven experience in IT management at a senior level within a complex, service-related business
• Experience in strategic planning and a demonstrated record of driving Continuous Improvement and delivering results
• Ability to analyse abundant and complex information and to identify the underlying essentials
• Superior communication skills with technical and non-technical senior management
• Proven ability to conceptualise and deliver IT solutions (from Opportunity to Delivery) for the customers with a focus on business growth
• Innovative and forward thinking leader who drives an engaging high performance culture
