Job Description
We are currently leading a search for a Head of IT on behalf of our client, a market leader in the Services sector. This is a strategic senior leadership role with end-to-end responsibility for the company's IT function. The successful candidate will set the IT strategy, drive digital transformation, and ensure technology enables long-term business growth. Reporting directly to the C-Suite, this individual will play a critical role in aligning technology with corporate objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee the entire IT function, ensuring alignment with business strategy and objectives. Develop and execute the IT roadmap covering infrastructure, applications, security, and digital innovation. Provide thought leadership and guidance to the executive team on technology trends and opportunities. Drive IT governance, cybersecurity, and compliance to industry standards. Partner with business leaders to identify and deliver technology solutions that improve efficiency, productivity, and customer experience. Build and lead a high-performing IT team, fostering innovation, agility, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Proven senior IT leadership experience, with strong background in IT strategy, governance, and digital transformation. Expertise in infrastructure, enterprise applications, and cybersecurity. Demonstrated ability to partner with C-Suite executives and influence at board level. Track record of building and leading high-performing teams. Strong stakeholder management and vendor negotiation skills.
