About the role:

As the Head of Lead Generation you\'ll play a key role in growing Aspire. You will be responsible for the execution of the lead generation strategy, where you\'ll oversee the regional acquisition of top of funnel, high-value leads for our sales teams. You will own and develop our top of funnel channels, including events, communities, and content.

What will you be doing?

  • Drive regional lead acquisition by setting targets and measurements, then executing by managing country lead gen or field marketers to align on localised strategies and initiatives
  • Be responsible for lead conversion and lead management, ensuring that leads are correctly attributed, tracked, and assigned to the right nurturing streams
  • Work closely with sales and brand teams to optimize lead acquisition via an active and process driven feedback loop
  • You will be the company owner of our events, communities, and conversion content associated with lead generation goals
What will you need?
  • 5 - 8 years of B2B lead generation or field marketing experience, preferably in a tech startup
  • Highly process driven, analytical, and conscientious with CRM and attribution experience
  • Hands on event management experience
  • Prior management experience of at least 3 headcount, regional experience would be ideal
  • You should be a hands-on, growth-mindset, target and deadline driven team-player
