Job Description

We are partnering with a rapidly expanding crypto firm that is seeking a Legal Head to join their dynamic team. In this strategic role, you will oversee all legal, compliance, and corporate governance functions, and ensure risks are managed effectively, while supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide legal advice on all strategic matters. Manage corporate governance across business units, handling all contracts, licensing and IP agreements. Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements, partnership contracts, and investment documentation.

Qualifications:

15+ years of PQE, with a mixture of private practice and in-house counsel experience. Excellent knowledge in regulatory frameworks, corporate structuring and IP. Proven experience advising on corporate governance, complex commercial contracts, and major transactions. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
