The Head of Marketing & E-commerce reports to the Chief Operating Officer of the organization and will be instrumental in meeting our ambition of aggressively growing our e-commerce revenue. The new hire will play an important role in defining the company\xe2\x80\x99s growth plan, executing growth programs and optimizing the revenue funnel. The key responsibility of the position is to identify opportunities and drive the growth of direct-to-consumer channels through customer acquisition, activation, retention, and upsell.
Requirements The Head of Marketing & E-commerce will need to be commercially savvy, highly analytical and have experience building an e-commerce channel/business from infancy to high-scale growth. He/she will have a strong capability around developing KPIs to drive performance across all areas of customer experience - acquisition, engagement, conversion and lifetime value. He/she will understand the complexities and challenges involved in scaling up e-commerce platforms and have the knowledge to undertake such a challenge. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in key markets such as North America or Europe and have an intimate understanding of the consumer beauty/wellness industry. He/she has prior experience managing external agencies and partners.
