We are looking for an entrepreneurial-minded Head of Marketing to partner with our founders and shape the future of our digital marketing services.Role Overview: Based in Singapore, youxe2x80x99ll be responsible for establishing and delivering key digital marketing strategies, including social media, lead generation, and full-service campaigns, targeting SMEs across SaaS, Fintech, and other industries. Youxe2x80x99ll drive growth from 0-100, setting up essential processes and procedures to ensure long-term success.Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the founders to define and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy.
• Develop and manage lead generation and social media campaigns aimed at SMEs across diverse sectors, including SaaS and Fintech.
• Set up the foundational marketing processes, ensuring scalability and success across campaigns.
• Act as a key advisor, using your marketing expertise to implement best practices and drive performance.
• Foster a data-driven, results-oriented marketing culture within the agency.

What Wexe2x80x99re Looking For:

• Proven experience in marketing, ideally in an agency or tech/Fintech startup environment.
• Strong expertise in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation, social media, and performance marketing.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment and set up processes from scratch.
• Passion for scaling businesses and taking them to the next level, especially within the SME market.
