Job Description

Responsible for building a world-class team and delivering the Marketing strategy for our products in the South East Asia (SEA) region and North East Asia (NEA) region.

Responsibilities:

• Adapt and deploy global strategies to regional contexts through a deeper understanding of local markets and customers
• Plan and lead marketing campaigns and activations at the regional level to increase brand awareness, brand likability, as well as acquire and retain new users.
• Analyze the effectiveness of media campaigns to better optimize spend and performance, draw insights & make data-driven decisions that drive the marketing team’s goals
• Develop strategies for categories in each region/countries and tap into these cultural pillars to grow the community.
• Co-lead regional product marketing initiatives, work cross-functionally to allocate resources to define the overall marketing growth strategy for products in the region
• Co-lead regional social media efforts to establish branding strategies in the region
• Co-lead creative content production by leverage global and regional resources

• 15+ years of working experience in marketing and 10+ years in e-commerce marketing.
• Experience in leading teams across all SEA markets (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines), and NEA markets (Japan, Korea and Taiwan).
• Experience in delivering cross-regional Marketing campaigns for newly launched and established social media applications
• Bachelor's degree or above
• Experience in brand positioning, brand strategy, with a good taste in creative and innovation.
• Good communication skills, teamwork spirit, self-driven and optimistic, able to work under pressure.
