Job Description


As head of Marketing, he/she will be responsible for leading the marketing strategies and initiatives to drive growth, brand awareness, and market share in the highly competitive food industry. Your role will involve developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and analyzing market trends to stay ahead of the competition.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies
  • Actively participate in the execution of these strategies
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead and mentor, fostering a collaborative work environment, and providing hands-on guidance and support
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, procurement, and supply chain, to ensure alignment and smooth execution of marketing activities.
  • Brand Management
  • Product Launches
  • Market Research and Analysis
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including social media, online advertising, email marketing, to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • ATL and BTL Campaigns
  • Responsible for allocating and managing the marketing budget efficiently
  • Trade and Channel Marketing: Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective trade marketing programs and promotional activities that support the distribution and sales objectives.
  • Marketing Performance Measurement: Set KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and campaigns. Regularly analyze performance metrics and use data insights to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Identify and explore potential partnerships, collaborations, and sponsorships that align with the brand\'s values and objectives.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (typically 8+ years) in marketing roles within the FMCG industry, with a focus on food products.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that led to increased market share and revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate the marketing team.
  • Deep understanding of consumer behavior, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape in the FMCG food sector.
  • Experience in digital marketing and utilizing data analytics tools to drive decision-making
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence stakeholders effectively.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to identify new opportunities for product differentiation and brand positioning.
  • Retail store operations experiences will be a plus.
