They are now looking for a

Head of Operations

-- a commercially savvy and execution-focused leader -- to own the commercial engine, scale global operations, and build the infrastructure to support rapid growth.


About the Role



This is a strategic and hands-on leadership position with direct access to the founding team. You'll own commercial strategy, operational excellence, and service delivery -- making this ideal for someone who thrives in high-autonomy, high-accountability environments and is excited by the opportunity to shape the backbone of a global business.


Key Responsibilities

Commercial Growth & Partner Management



Own the full commercial lifecycle: generate leads, pitch, close deals, and onboard accounts Negotiate commercial agreements and activate partner networks Deliver high-touch service to partners while identifying upsell and expansion opportunities Conduct consultative sales calls and manage high-value client relationships

? Operational Excellence

Design, document, and improve workflows and SOPs Deploy CRM (e.g. HubSpot), BI dashboards, and automation tools to enhance performance Lead weekly operations reviews with a focus on KPIs, margin, and utilisation Oversee invoicing, reconciliation, and financial processes

Talent & Resource Management



Lead end-to-end recruitment and performance monitoring of tutors and mentors Collaborate with the education function on capacity planning and allocation

Client Escalation & Quality Assurance



Handle service escalations and lead rapid issue resolution Drive root cause analysis and implement process improvements

Who We're Looking For



Must-Haves:



Native-level English (spoken & written); excellent communication and stakeholder management Degree from a top recognised university Proven track record in commercial operations or B2B consultative sales Experience closing 6-figure deals and managing strategic partnerships Skilled in workflow design and use of SaaS platforms like HubSpot, Notion, BI tools Financial literacy in pricing, P&L, budgeting, and performance metrics
