We\'re currently representing a fast expanding new economy asset developer and operator which is actively growing its presence in the APAC region, to seek an exceptional leader to spearhead our Singapore operations, driving sales growth, exceptional customer service, and operational excellence across our facilities. - Lead and manage store operations, sales growth, and customer service excellence across all Singapore facilities
- Develop and execute business plans, setting goals and objectives to achieve operational KPI targets and drive profitable growth
- Foster a culture of exceptional customer service, resolving complex issues and ensuring seamless customer experiences
- Drive revenue growth through sales coaching, performance management, and strategic pricing and promotion initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including training, marketing, and asset management, to ensure highest standards in upkeep and services
- Conduct regular site inspections, ensuring compliance with service agreements and company policiesKey requirements:
- Inspire and motivate a team of branch managers and specialists to achieve outstanding results
- Develop and implement staff development plans, ensuring continuous skill growth and performance improvement
