We are seeking an experienced

Head of Operations

to lead our business units across Operations, Food & Beverage, Culinary, Lounges, Facilities, and Food Safety. This role partners closely with HQ and regional teams to drive operational excellence, business growth, and sustainable profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic direction and oversight of daily operations, ensuring service excellence and compliance with global standards. Partner with HQ and regional leadership to develop and execute operational and commercial strategies that achieve revenue, growth, and profitability targets. Oversee financial and business planning, ensuring cost optimization, sustainable performance, and recovery plans for underperforming units. Champion innovation, efficiency, and technology adoption to strengthen operational capabilities. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including airport authorities, owners, and strategic partners. Lead and develop a high-performing leadership team, ensuring succession planning, talent growth, and a culture of accountability and collaboration. Support expansion and new business opportunities, including the conceptualization and execution of new lounges and F&B concepts.

Requirements

At least 5 years in a senior management role within the Travel, Airline, F&B and/or Hospitality Industry. Proven track record in operational leadership, strategic execution, and financial management. Strong commercial acumen with experience in business development and stakeholder management. Demonstrated success in leading large teams and delivering on growth and transformation initiatives. * Experience in new outlet or business unit openings will be an advantage.
