Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned

Head of OTC Trading

to lead our OTC desk. The ideal candidate will drive trading strategy, manage client execution, oversee risk, and scale liquidity operations across digital assets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead OTC trading across spot and derivatives (e.g., perp swaps, options) Price, execute, and hedge large client trades with discretion Manage risk, P&L, and relationships with liquidity providers and counterparties Collaborate with sales, product, and tech teams to optimize workflows Ensure full compliance with regulatory and internal controls

Requirements

7+ years in OTC trading, prop trading, or institutional crypto sales Deep understanding of digital asset markets and risk management Strong leadership, client-facing, and execution capabilities Familiarity with trading systems, APIs, and settlement flows * Experience in regulated environments (e.g., SFC Type 1) preferred
