Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related software engineering field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 15 years of experience working within cloud and working with clients across the region in a partnership role.
• Experience leading initiatives, managing projects, and developing/executing product or service goals.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience working with channel partners, systems integrators, and third-party developers to deliver successful solutions.
• Experience in leadership, building and leading teams across multiple geographies and speaking at large events covering keynote topics on innovation and technology.
• Experience in cloud computing.
• Ability to work and communicate effectively and influence stakeholders on internal/external Engineering, Product Development, Sales Operations teams, partners, and consumers.
• Ability to structure and package work into compelling presentations and communications that influence various audiences including executives.
• Excellent infrastructure, storage, networking, platforms, data, and security skills.

You will grow and manage a team that are Technical Partner Solution Specialists within the overall customer Engineering organization in Google Cloud. You will focus on managing strategic initiatives that will shape Google Cloud’s infrastructure and strategy across the region. You will have the opportunity to partner with technical business leadership and drive programs that will significantly impact long-term strategic objectives. From startups building their first app to billion-user consumer companies crunching big data, the Google Cloud Platform gives developers and businesses the most advanced data and analytics solution on the market, along with Google's secure, high performance infrastructure. Our team of technical account managers and software engineers work with partners across all functions to develop solutions that harness Google's planet-wide platform to solve the world's most challenging problems.

Responsibilities

• Work with strategic partners (e.g., Global Systems Integrators, etc.) to increase the adoption of Google Cloud services by investing in building out their capability and readiness.
• Engage with Chief Technical Officers, Technical Leads, and partners to share technology roadmaps as well as the latest innovations, showing the path toward expanding the partnership further.
• Develop partners’ Technical teams, advising on their technical business plan and readiness, so that they can be successful in the market. Keep partners updated with the latest product and technical knowledge and be an internal technical advocate for them, providing feedback from the field.
• Co-develop industry solutions, mind share, and digital transformation pursuits across the region.
• Engage with technical leadership partners in opportunities and projects and guaranteeing high quality customer deliverables.
