Circles has also partnered with other telco operators to launch digital services, enabling our partners to accelerate growth and capture market share within a short period of time.Today, Circles is partnering with operators in 14 countries to deliver delightful digital experiences to millions of people through our businesses.We are backed by global investors such as Sequoia, Warburg Pincus, EDBI and Founders Fund - renowned backers of industry-shaking innovators.About This RoleThis is a critical role reporting to the founders and the successful candidate will operate as the owner for business planning, running the business operating system and spearheading strategic projects on a regional level.This is a global role which is based in Singapore.As a Head of Planning and Operations, your key objectives will be to:

• Take end-to-end ownership of the company operating system:

• Running the company OKR system and ensuring its adoption across the business
• Responsible for the operating cadence and effectiveness
• Lead leadership engagement and solving critical problem statements
• Own the annual business planning process including project management and implementation
• Ensure the company scaling 10x:

• Scaling of the advisory services and projects
• Ensure advisory services delivery within time and resource constraints and measured by client NPS
• Strategic projects that are of high importance to the overall company strategy

Job Requirements

• Proven experience of 15+ years in leading an operations functions, ideally in a large regional business combined with experience in a fast paced scale up
• Comfortable solving complex problems, ideally through experience in a consulting environment at top tier strategy consulting firms
• Experience in performance management and OKRs as well as operating model / leadership cadence management
• Commercial exposure or P&L management experience to lead large scale projects within budget and resources
• End-to-end project management experience crucial
• Marketing and product background as an added advantage
