The Right Profile

We are seeking a hand-on Head of Product Design to lead our design organisation. Your mission is to architect the future of our UI/UX across a multi-product ecosystem, championing a world-class, human-centered design philosophy that will define the future APAC's largest digital wealth manager. You will be the creative and strategic force shaping the 'how', translating user research and product strategy into an intuitive, engaging and beautiful experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Architect what the users experience:

Create and scale a cohesive, global design system that ensures a seamless and synergistic platform experience, delighting users and driving deep engagement across our entire suite of products.

Translate the Product Vision:

Own the end-to-end design strategy and execution. Transform multi-year product roadmaps into a clear and compelling design vision that directly supports Syfe's journey to market leadership.

Drive Design Innovation:

Look beyond the horizon to identify new opportunities in user experience and interaction, experiment original, ambititous design concepts to life.

Lead & Inspire:

Hire new, mentor and grow existing high-performing team of product designers and UX researchers, fostering a culture of ownership, customer obsession, and design excellence.

Scale Across APAC:

Lead the evolution and adaptation of our user experience for existing markets in Singapore, Hong Kong & Australia, expertly navigating diverse regulatory, cultural, and competitive landscapes.

Be the Voice of the User:

Act as a key strategic partner to Product and Engineering leaders, ensuring the user's perspective is powerfully integrated across the entire product development lifecycle.

What We Need

Experience in product design with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (e.g., Director/Head of Product Design, Head of UI/UX).

Proven expertise in building and scaling design orgs & systems, leading user research initiatives, and a strong portfolio showcasing best-in-class product design work.

Direct experience within any B2C fintech industry is a plus; experience in wealth/investment tech is a bonus.

Experience reporting to and partnering directly with C-level/VP-level leadership to shape business strategy.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
