Then we are looking for a vital colleague in the role as Head of Property & Expansion, Asia to ensure we will succeed in our ambitious growth strategy. - maybe you have the profile we are looking for!

Stepping into the role as Head of Property & Expansion, Asia your primary responsibility is to drive the expansion of the brand in the region whilst ensuring high standards of property selection and delivery are adhered to by our existing and new franchisee partners.

You will identify new partners and keep the business appraised on expansion plans, targets, and opportunities, updating the GPD on all relevant matters.

This is a role that will require market visits and therefore you must expect business trips to be part of your job.

Our current franchise markets in the region are Korea, Japan, Indonesia, and Philippines. You will work from Flying Tiger Copenhagen\xe2\x80\x99s office in Singapore (Robinson Rd), and you will work closely with our Property & Expansion team in Copenhagen.

Your responsibilities will be

• Identify new franchisees and potential markets.
• Supervise all aspects of the property portfolio and support the franchisees where required.
• Help manage the site appraisal and approval processes for new locations, relocations, and closures.
• Keep accurate and up-to-date records and reports, inputting data into global databases where required.
• Work cross-functionally to effectively help franchisees resolve property issues or disputes.
• Assist in planning annual budgets by forecasting expansion data and trends in the market.
• Review franchisee performance against their expansion plan targets and report on the same.
• Lead the development of new ways of working to improve our service to the franchisees in this area.
• Assist colleagues in the wider global property and expansion team, ensuring the regional franchisees supply all the relevant information as and when required.

This is you We imagine that you have min. 7 years of relevant experience working within retail franchising with a property bias. Ideally you have great experience of working across different markets in Asia and therefore hold strong relationships within the retail real estate market and among landlords. The ability to analyze and interrogate business cases, overhead cost models and margin reports effectively and accurately is key to succeed in the role. You have a history of assisting and working with legal and operational teams in new markets and a proven track-record in large multi teritory portfolio Supervision. In short - you know how to deliver market expansion via a franchise model within a successful overall implementation strategy. As we are an international team and our stakeholders are from all over the world, we expect you to speak and write fluent in English (Cantonese or Mandarin an advantage). Furthermore, we know that you are an expert in Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
