Spearheading the compliance team and this position is pivotal in fostering a culture of compliance and integrity while facilitating the company\'s ambitious growth trajectory.A prominent payment solutions provider in Singapore, specializing in a multi-channel platform, they serve over million consumers monthly. They aim to enhance the payment experience and innovate its operations for users and organizations across Southeast Asia.Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing and enforcing compliance protocols, managing regulatory requirements, and ensuring the company adheres to legal and ethical standards as it grows.
• Develop and enforce compliance protocols, manage regulatory requirements, and uphold legal and ethical standards, ensuring alignment with the company\'s growth and market expansion.
• Lead and oversees risk management efforts by implementing comprehensive strategies that assess and mitigate risks, overseeing compliance through regular audits, and ensuring adherence to both internal policies and external regulations.
• Provide guidance and leadership to promote a culture of risk awareness and ethical practices. Efficiently communicate and report risk and compliance insights to senior management and the board to support strategic decision-making and policy development.

Experience Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a similar discipline is required.
• 6 to 10 years of experience in risk management and compliance, ideally within the payments/ fintech sectors.
• Deep knowledge of applicable regulations and industry norms.
• Demonstrated success in creating and executing robust risk management and compliance frameworks.
• Analytical thinking skills with the capacity to pinpoint and evaluate risks, and formulate effective countermeasures.
