Responsible for the overall sales growth and strategy of the entire group
Hunt for new accounts and strategize with the account team on growth opportunities.
Drive growth and revenue opportunities for the entire agency
Train and manage the team of sales managers (including those from our different business units)
Provide oversight for the team of account managers (including those from our different business units)
Responsible for the overall revenue targets across the agency
Actively establish new business leads and develop creative proposals with cost estimates
Establish, maintain and strengthen relationships with existing and new clientele
Strategise and develop effective business plans to achieve the team\'s budget target
Ensure profitability across our business units by optimizing margins
Network and create new partnerships that will add value to the agency
Work closely with the marketing team on branding and positioning the agency
Requirements
Minimum of 10 years related working experience in event agency
Experience in the execution of a physical, hybrid or virtual events
Good knowledge and interest in latest industry trends, technology solutions and best practise
Successful track record of project management to secure sales and achieve sales targets
