About the Role



Silvester Legal LLC is an established Singapore law firm developing a

legal tech and subscription-based platform

to revolutionise how SMEs access legal and compliance services.


We are looking for a

hands-on, strategic leader

to take charge of sales, customer success, and operational execution. You will be the

bridge between sales and operations

, ensuring our clients have an exceptional experience while our business scales rapidly.


This is a leadership role - ideal for someone entrepreneurial, data-driven, and passionate about helping SMEs succeed.


Responsibilities



Sales Strategy & Leadership



Develop and execute a comprehensive

sales strategy

to achieve revenue and growth targets. Identify and create

new sales avenues

including partnerships, outbound campaigns, and online channels. Build and refine the

sales funnel

, CRM systems, and performance tracking dashboards. Create and maintain a

sales playbook

that defines the client journey, messaging, and best practices. Present sales reports and pipeline insights to the leadership team.

Sales Team Development



Hire, train, and manage

the sales and customer success teams. Define KPIs, goals, and

performance-based incentive plans

. Conduct regular coaching sessions, team meetings, and sales training programmes. Foster a culture of motivation, accountability, and excellence across the sales division.

Customer Success & Operations



Oversee the

end-to-end client experience

- from onboarding to service delivery and retention. Serve as the

bridge between Sales and Operations

, ensuring client needs are met effectively. Design and implement

customer service standards and retention initiatives

. Develop feedback loops to continuously improve service delivery and satisfaction scores.

Marketing & Growth Initiatives



Work closely with the leadership and marketing teams to design

go-to-market strategies

and campaigns. Identify opportunities to

grow brand awareness

through webinars, partnerships, and thought leadership. Propose and test new ideas for

client acquisition, upselling, and cross-selling

. Analyse data to refine marketing messages and improve conversion rates.

Commercial & Strategic Responsibilities



Advise management on

pricing strategies

, revenue models, and product-market fit. Monitor and manage

sales budgets and financial performance

. Prepare accurate

sales forecasts

and performance reports. Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and client engagements as a

brand ambassador

Requirements



Bachelor's degree

in Business, Marketing, Management, or equivalent experience. At least

5 years of experience

in sales, business development, or commercial leadership. Proven record of

building and scaling sales teams

in B2B or SME-focused organisations. Strong understanding of

subscription-based or professional services models

. Experience in

CRM management

(e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive). Track record of

structuring commissions, incentives, and performance plans

. Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills. Entrepreneurial mindset: strategic yet hands-on, with a passion for innovation and growth.
