Job Title: Head of Sales (Smart Building Solutions)

Leading the Sales Team

- Drive revenue growth by guiding the Direct Business Sales team across key customer segments, ensuring strong performance and strategic alignment.

Identifying Market Opportunities

- Use market insights and customer feedback to target high-potential sectors and promote smart and sustainable building solutions.

Driving Growth & Productivity

- Implement initiatives that improve sales effectiveness, digital capabilities, and year-on-year profitability.

Building Long-Term Service & Software Sales

- Expand recurring revenue through subscription, service, and cybersecurity-related offerings.

Championing Solution-Based Selling

- Identify new solution opportunities and deliver tailored, innovative, and sustainable building automation solutions.

Enhancing Sales Operations

- Strengthen sales processes, encourage cross-functional collaboration, and adopt new tools that improve the customer experience and support future regional expansion.

Your defining qualities:



Extensive Sales Leadership Experience

- 10+ years in sales within building automation, fire safety, or security, including 5+ years managing sales teams and complex solution projects.

Strong Industry & Vertical Knowledge

- Experience selling products, solutions, and services to sectors like data centers, healthcare, higher education, or commercial real estate.

Proven People Leadership

- Skilled at coaching, mentoring, and building high-performing teams while working across functions and stakeholder groups.

Strategic & Adaptable

- Able to think long-term while executing tactically, managing ambiguity, and balancing local commercial needs with global business direction.

Multicultural & Global Mindset

- Comfortable working in multinational environments with strong communication and collaboration abilities.
