Job Description

Our client, one of the leading construction materials producers, is seeking a Head of Sales to join their team in Singapore. With global offices and a headcount of over 500, the role carries significant responsibility for overseeing sales operations across Southeast Asia and Oceania to achieve strategic business and revenue objectives.





As Head of Sales, you will be accountable for P&L performance, providing leadership and direction to the sales, spare parts, and after-sales service teams, and ensuring full alignment with company objectives.





Ideally, you have a university degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, or Engineering, along with 5-8 years of management experience and substantial sales experience within the heavy machinery or equipment industry.





The successful candidate will report directly to the Managing Director and must be willing to travel extensively across the assigned regions. Remote work (including home office) may be considered where it supports business continuity, team collaboration, and performance objectives.
