As Head of SEA Commercial, you will play a leading role in driving the success and growth of Amplify Health through finding and developing sales opportunities for our products and services across the region.



You will build, nurture and convert high-quality "trusted partner" relationships with selected clients through consultative, customer centric sales engagements, engage C-level and other stakeholders to position Amplify Health and our solutions for growth and success.Who we are AIA Group Limited ("AIA") and Discovery Group Limited ("Discovery") have agreed to establish a digital health technology and integrated solutions business ("Amplify") that aims to transform how payors, private hospitals, corporates and public healthcare systems deliver health and wellness for patients and communities across Asia. Amplify brings together the best of partners through a combination of Discovery's globally proven healthcare technology, intellectual property and expertise and AIA's brand, established market position, distribution assets and decades of well-established leadership and execution capabilities. Initially focused on serving AIA businesses to help increase new business value and deliver financial benefits, Amplify is looking to extend its reach to

serve and partner with other private and public payors and healthcare system participants including private hospitals, corporates and pharmaceutical and MedTech companies

Together, we will shape the future with our unwavering commitment to excellence and the determination to make a lasting impact in the industry What you will doBusiness development: Find and develop sales opportunities for Amplify Health's products and services in markets of focus Key account management: Build, nurture and convert high-quality "trusted partner" relationships with selected clients through consultative, customer centric sales engagements, engage C-level and other stakeholders to position Amplify Health and our solutions for growth and success Drive decision-making internally and with clients Manage and develop talent in a small team of business development resources How you would make a differenceBe a voice for transformation and innovation: Amplify Health's products and services are levers for change and development in health care and health insurance Be a listener to and a voice for customers: Bring customer-centric, yet analytical and balanced thinking to enhance and improve customer engagement and conversion, and to inform product positioning and GTM Bring a robust background in consultative sales, preferably in technology and analytical products or systems, demonstrating understanding of the types of whole-of-enterprise decision making processes and systems we see at our clients What you need to be successfulPositive energy, enthusiasm and a passion to drive change and transformation of the healthcare payor/provider landscape Professional experience of 12 years with experience in B2B SaaS business development in an insurtech/digital health solutions provider of at least 5 years; Undergraduate/graduate degree in engineering, data science, computer science preferred A hunter's instinct: ability to spot, develop and close opportunities Great people skills: not only will you love meeting, understanding and influencing potential clients, you will work with multi-functional and diverse teams and tribes in Amplify. You must be able to challenge respectfully and give constructive feedback while learning from others. Well versed in the application of technology, data and analytics to a healthcare or payor business Credibility with C-level executives across the healthcare, health insurance and technology landscape, preferably with a strong existing network You must provide all requested information, including Personal Data, to be considered for this career opportunity.
