At HSBC Private Bank, we put our clients at the centre of everything we do.We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Head of Structured Products, SEA.Principal ResponsibilitiesHead and lead the Structured Products business across Global Private Banking and Retail Wealth in Southeast Asia, the job will carry out following ley responsibilities:

• Manage and develop the Structured Product Team in Southeast Asia with a strong focus on revenue, innovation and client satisfaction
• Deliver business growth on both Private Banking and Retail Wealth Segment
• Develop the platform and propose improvements in processes governing the structured products activities always seeking to achieve best execution and pricing for clients
• Responsible for the development of innovative bespoke solutions to UHNW and Key clients
• Responsible for the development of structured products campaigns.
• Coordinate with other Product desk Head to launch cross capital market initiatives and cross selling
• Ensure a relationship with HSBC MSS and other Issuers and product providers
• Be up to date on market intelligence and industry practices
• Set up training sessions for RMs, ICs and any other relevant staff
• Partner with IC Team Heads in setting up product strategy for a specific market
• Partnering with Relationship Managers to offer appropriate investment solutions to ultra/high net worth clients and assist them to attract new AUM and acquire new clients
• Be a sponsor at the Product Oversight Committee
• Monitor and control operational risk
• Ensure all compliance obligations are carried out
• Ensure all general guidelines, policies and procedures as well as regulatory requirements are closely followed
• Proactively identify risks and develop appropriate mitigating solutions
• Collaboration other Investment Departments, Compliance, Legal, Risk and Marketing where appropriate

• Minimum 12 years of relevant working experience in Private Banking or Capital Markets
• Managerial experience is preferred
• Strong Private Banking Knowledge
• Strong marketing sense with good client relationship/ inter-personal skills
• Good presentation skills and ability to articulate and communicate effectively
• Ability to conduct projects and manage different stakeholders
