The Head of Supply Chain, APAC play a vital role in managing end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of pharmaceutical products to our customers. The role will be responsible in overseeing inventory management, procurement, distribution, and logistics, while collaborating closely with cross functional teams to optimize processes and drive continuous improvement. He/she will lead responsibility for addressing supply issues and communication, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Lead Supply Chain execution

• Act as Ipsen key contact for the management of distributors regarding supply chain & distribution operations in accordance to Ipsen\xe2\x80\x99s policies and GDP & GWP requirements
• Coordinate/ lead across functions in Region/country towards a supply requirements, aligned with upstream supplier
• Identify and communicate reasons for significant variances in the sales forecast KPI
• Accountable for accurate reporting of inventory levels in SAP and planning systems
• Monitor all costs related to Supply activities (transport costs, logistic service provider fees); identify and drive cost reduction exercises pertaining to supply chain
• Support commercial teams with 3PL/4PL selection and implementation
• Support the Order to cash process including sales order processing and master data maintenance

Demand Planning and S&OP

• Develop and lead Country demand forecasts at multiple levels of aggregation across the Region
• Develop demand scenarios and requirements for commercial products and launch planning
• Lead and continuously improve the Demand Planning process for all locally distributed finished products coordinating with cross-functional activities
• Lead an effective Demand review and drive a consensus approach by working with Commercial, Finance and Supply Chain partners

Logistic and Compliance management

• Manage and track inbound deliveries, including customs clearance, goods receipts, and goods release for distribution
• Manage and assess logistics supply chain vendor\xe2\x80\x99s performance and reports operational metrics (KPIs), including regulatory reporting requirements when required.
