Head of Supply Chain ASEAN - Your future position?

Workplace location: Woodlands, Singapore

In this exciting position, you will be reporting to the Head of Operations based at our Woodlands office. You will lead the deployment of regional Supply Planning programs for the region to improve and balance of cost and quality of customer services, while also leading the Supply Planning operations at a sub-regional level. Aside from that, you will develop a well constructed working culture within the Supply Chain team in ASEAN (-ID). In this position, you will also take accountability for ensuring Safety, Service, Quality and Cost requirements are met for the Supply Chain team.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide essential Supply Planning inputs to the Regional Operations business plans and help design the sub-regional Supply Chain strategy.
• Implement the Supply Planning strategy within the sub-region and capacity modeling and leveling.
• Contribute to the design of tactical and operational plans and policies to meet the regional Supply Chain goals.
• Identify and improve programs to achieve and exceed target service levels and costs.
• Lead change resulting from continuous improvement and supply chain projects.
• Monitor service level to achieve customer satisfaction and lead plans associated with sub-regional S&OP processes.
• Follow market evolution/trends of service and costs within Supply Planning.
• Ensure safe and environmentally responsible operations.
• Oversee the deployment of training programs for Supply Planning staff to strengthen capabilities.
• Identify hidden talents and create develop plans to empower employees to grow within the team (or across the organization).

Core Requirements

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Supply Chain or Business, or relevant industry
• 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain or related field
• Experience with large ERP system(s) and SAP is desirable
• Certified Supply Chain Professional/Certified in Planning and Inventory Management helpful
• Proficient in English and the local language in both Writing and Speaking skills.
• Performance-driven and able to lead change and efficiency programs.
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma and SAP is desirable.
