Morgan Philips is partnered with a leading pharmaceutical company at the forefront of consumer health innovation. As Head of Supply Chain, you will drive strategic and operational excellence across the end-to-end supply chain, with a key focus on establishing and scaling a new manufacturing plant. This is a high-impact leadership role that blends strategic vision, operational execution, and cross-functional collaboration.
What You'll Do

• Lead the full supply chain function including planning, procurement, logistics, warehousing, and distribution.
• Spearhead the setup and operationalization of a manufacturing plant, ensuring alignment with GMP and regulatory standards.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to support product launches, demand forecasting, and inventory optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Regulatory, Commercial, Finance) to ensure seamless supply operations.
• Drive digital transformation and sustainability initiatives across the supply chain.
• Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness and reliability.
• Monitor KPIs and continuously improve supply chain performance and resilience.

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience (10+ years) in supply chain leadership within the pharmaceutical, consumer health or FMCG industry.
• Strong track record in plant setup, scale-up, and operational excellence.
• Deep understanding of GMP, regulatory compliance, and logistics.
• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and supply chain analytics tools.
• Passion for innovation, quality, and patient-centricity.
