We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager for our System Integration Team to lead the design and deployment of integrated systems solutions. The role involves managing a team of System Integrators, Infrastructure Engineers and Cyber Engineers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless system integration of hardware and software components to meet business objectives

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the System Integration Team comprised of System Integrators, Infrastructure Engineers and Cyber Engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management. Plan, coordinate and oversee system integration projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget. Collaborate with Solution Architect, System Engineer, Software Engineer, and Operation teams to design and implement integration solutions. Support the bid/presales activities including costing. Develop integration strategies, standards, and best practices to improve efficiency and quality. Manage team resources including hiring, new hire onboarding and continuous improvement. Identify and resolve technical and operational challenges related to system integration. Ensure compliance with industry standards, security policies and regulatory requirements. Foster continuous improvement and innovation within the team. Liaise with stakeholders to understand requirements, communicate progress and address concerns. Prepare detailed documentation and reports on integration processes, solutions, and project status.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in system integration, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role. Strong technical background in the system integration including hardware, software, network, and infrastructure. Expertise in system architecture and cyber security. Experience in working with cloud data center (public and private). Excellent team and project management skills and experiences. Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues and design effective solutions. Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., ISO, ITIL) and compliance requirements. Experience in working with customers such as government agencies and airports.
