Collaborating closely with the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, you will engage in strategic planning and teamwork with key business leaders. Your primary goal will be to develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies suited to their dynamic industry landscape.Role Overview:You will be reporting to the Global Talent Acquisition Director, this role involves closely collaborating with business leaders to develop and execute the regional talent acquisition strategy. Responsibilities include overseeing all talent acquisition activities, managing the Technology/Non-Technology Talent Acquisition team, identifying executive talent gaps, running graduate recruitment programs, and establishing working relationships with vendors. The role also entails developing recruitment strategies aligned with company objectives, optimizing hiring processes, contributing to talent management policies, and staying updated on HR trends and laws.The Successful ApplicantTo succeed in this appointment, you should be holding BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, or related concentration. You are a seasoned and mature leader with at least 15 years of talent acquisition experience focusing in technology roles in a start-up/ fast-paced technology environment. A decisive individual, you possess a strategic focus as well as an operational, implementation and detail-oriented perspective.
