Job Description
My client is a FMCG conglomerate with multiple businesses across the organisation, the latest being their digital Supply Chain arm. With the setup of this new business unit, they are looking for a Head of Technology who will be hands-on with the Digital Transformation, focusing on technology solutions in the areas of Warehouse Management, Transportation Management, Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning, Robotic Process Automation amongst others.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and managing overall technology / product roadmaps
- Leading architectural transformation and modernization of both on-prem and cloud-based platforms
- Improving existing technologies (WMS, TMS) while implementing newer, state-of-the-art technologies in the forms of AI, ML, RPA
- Managing a team of resources to drive digital transformation
- Managing C-level stakeholders to ensure digital strategies are aligned with the board
- Bachelor\'s or Master\'s in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, System Engineering, Software Engineering or related degrees
- Prior experience in technical digital transformations within Supply Chain and/or Logistics
- Technical implentation of technology solutions (such as WMS, TMS, AI, ML, RPA) is a must
- Experiences in 3PL Logistics space is a bonus
- Excellent stakeholder management, especially on a C-level basis
